At Amora Hair, we take great care in providing high-quality hair extensions. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item is found to be faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Incorrect length, texture, or colour selected
Hair that has been used, installed, altered, or removed from its original packaging
Damage that occurs after delivery
We kindly ask customers to review their order details carefully before completing a purchase.
Faulty Products
If you believe your item may be faulty, please contact Amora Hair within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
Please provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue
The concern must relate to a manufacturing fault rather than normal wear or installation
If a fault is confirmed, Amora Hair will happily offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
